Graham Personnel Services is seeking an Auto Cad Drafter for a manufacturing company in Thomasville. Temp to hire opportunity$32/hrHours: 8am-5pm Responsibilities
Takes customer-generated geometry or drawings and saves them into the correct file format using CAD software.
Utilizes nesting software to generate programs for CNC equipment.
Interpret customer drawings and specifications and using CAD software create engineering drawings.
Coordinates all production and technical communications between manufacturing personnel.
Create inspection sheets and shop drawings for all aspects of production.
Import files created with CAD software into the nesting software and generate NC files for the CNC equipment.
Create set-up sheets for all programmed jobs and equipment.
Program and document revisions as required.
Assist with design of tooling and fixtures.
Thorough understanding of the equipment that he/she is creating programs.
