Job Description

Graham Personnel Services is assisting a client in Allentown, PA fill multiple assembly openings on 2nd shift.Pay rate: $17.50/hour DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Responsible for the correct set-up of an assembly or packing line. 
  • Will have to pick and pack products into display or new packaging
  • Responsible for the quality of the finished product, including auditing procedures, if required. 
  • Responsible for following all Procedures and Work Instructions pertaining to Production. 
  • Promptly report problems, concerns, or out-of-standard conditions to the Supervisor. 
  • Communicate all production problems, delays, changes, etc. to Production Supervisor. 
  • Enforce and follow all Safety and Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) rules. 

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • High School diploma or G.E.D or a combination of work experience and education. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.   
  • Possess the skills necessary to perform reading, writing and mathematics to maintain the required production reports and plan balanced workloads. 
  • Effectively communicate instructions and requirements. 
  • Demonstrate initiative and effectiveness in dealing with out-of-the ordinary situations which may arise in the course of the job. 
  • Work overtime or odd shifts as necessary to meet production requirements. 
  • Maintain an exceptional level of attendance and punctuality. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. 
  • Packing solutions industry experience preferred. 
  • Must be able to work in high temperature & humidity conditions while wearing proper PPE including, but not limited to, hearing protection, steel toe shoes and safety glasses. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Willing and able to work up to 12-hour shifts.
