Job Title: Assembler
Location: Burlington
Shift: 1st 7AM-3:30PM
Pay: $15 per hour
We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Assembler to join our warehouse team. This role involves assembling products or components according to specifications, performing quality checks, and ensuring all finished goods meet company standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a great work ethic, and enjoys working with their hands in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products or parts following work instructions and diagrams.
- Inspect finished goods to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report defects or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for shipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or assembly experience preferred.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
