Graham Personnel Services is seeking an AP Coordinator for a growing company in Kernersville. Bilingual in Spanish is preferredDirect Hire opportunity$27/hr AP Coordinator Responsibilities:
Organizing Invoices to begin the Accounts Payable Process which entails: Scanning invoices to Paperport, allocating invoices to the correct division folder in the Dropbox via Paperport.
Entering all Vendor Invoices in Quickbooks and attaching copies of Invoices in Quickbooks. This involves properly allocating and coding to jobs, divisions, and accounts.
Reconciling Vendor Statements, Calling/Emailing Vendors for Invoice Copies when missing, making sure what is in Quickbooks, the Dropbox and the statement reconcile.
Answering Vendor Questions and concerns, making sure all conflicts are resolved.
Helping Team Members in the field with Invoice Questions and error corrections.
Paying Vendors Bi-weekly via ACH: Accumulate invoices which are due to pay, confirming payable report with the invoice copy, identifying invoices to be paid in Quickbooks which are part of the ACH batch.
Reconciling Retainage Monthly and disseminating report to identify need for additional billing.
Maintaining Vendor List on OneDrive.
Skills and Qualifications: Oral and Written Communication, Data Entry Skills, Knowledge of Various Accounting Software, Attention to Detail, Knowledge of General Accounting Principles, Analytical Thinking, Task Management and Result Oriented.
