Graham Personnel Services is seeking an AP/AR Clerk for a busy company in Greensboro. Pay rate: $22-25/hr1st shift hoursImmediate start needed Duties include:
Responsible for the daily invoicing for all shipments. Review invoices for obvious errors and correct accordingly. Report daily sales to management.
Ensure that the accounts receivable sub-ledger matches the general ledger.
Work with QA department in the proper issuance of credits to customers with quality related problems.
Post daily cash receipts against the appropriate open invoices.
Work directly with customers to understand and properly account for short pays and over payments.
Responsible for the proper matching of invoices to receiving documents, the recording of these expenses in the correct general ledger account, and the payment of invoices based on agreed upon terms.
Keep area neat, organized and clean as well as follow 5S principles as they are appropriate.
Cross train in other positions as required.
Other duties may be assigned as needed by the employee’s supervisor.
Experience: Accounting degree. Strong Excel skills and basic Microsoft Word skills. Thorough understanding of the accounts payable, invoicing, and accounts receivable modules of CMS software.
