We're seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our dynamic team.   • Strong Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of order processing and customer interactions.
  • Active Selling: Engage with customers to promote our products and services effectively.
  • Sales Process Guidance: Assist customers through the entire sales journey, providing guidance and support.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate shipment details internally and externally for seamless delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Aid the sales team with data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Quality Assurance: Review orders to ensure correct specifications and oversee the production process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Utilize our CRM software to create and maintain customer records.
  • Continuous Customer Engagement: Foster long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Quoting: Provide daily quotes for bill of materials, ensuring competitive pricing.
  • Quality Control: Verify materials received from System Engineers meet our standards.
  • End-to-End Oversight: Ensure accuracy from sales floor to product delivery.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide updates.
  • Sales Proficiency: Employ effective selling techniques to drive results in your role.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on other duties as assigned to support team objectives.
Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: 1+ years preferred, especially in manufacturing or metal industries.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Teams is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Customer Focus: Dedicated to achieving total customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and time management abilities.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
