Location: Louisville, KY
Pay Range: $55,000–$65,000+ (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 7:30 AM–4:30 PMAbout Us:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Louisville, KY Packaging Services Plant. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a self-starter mentality.Responsibilities:

Coordinate new business and established projects, reporting to the Sales Account Manager.
Serve as the central point of communication for multiple packaging projects.
Monitor and communicate project timelines.
Interact with design, planning, and shipping teams to meet customer requirements.
Communicate approvals/non-approvals with the Customer Service Manager or team.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Oversee awarded repeat job transitions and communicate timelines/customer expectations.
Set up and maintain inventory items, including substitutes as needed.
Develop and update product structure documentation.
Conduct monthly reviews of on-hand and aged inventory.
Participate in first-article inspections for new projects.
Maintain and archive project and customer files.
Respond to management inquiries regarding customer accounts.
Enter customer item specifics and build product structures in the Amtech system.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
Previous customer service experience.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Analytical skills with the ability to make independent decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with the Amtech system (preferred).
Two- or four-year college degree (preferred).
