Graham Personnel Services is seeking an AR Specialist for a company in Mebane, NC. Direct Hire opportunityHours: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)Pay Rate: $22-24/hr Accounts Receivable Specialist duties:.
Analyze the effects of transaction upon account relationships.
Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting customers via telephone, email and mail.
Secure payment by verifying and posting receipts and resolving discrepancies.
Prepare analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.
Function in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Support other accounting and finance team members and customer service.
