Job Description
Graham Personnel Services is seeking an AP Coordinator for a company in Kernersville. This is a direct hire opportunity1st shift hoursPay rate: $23-26/hr The main purpose of the AP Coordinator position is to accurately pay invoices in a timely manner. This position is detail oriented and able to spot inaccuracies. This position is result oriented and able to multitask with ease and organize effectively to deal with vast amounts of paperwork. This position can prioritize ensuring the most pressing payments are made quickly. The position will report directly to the Senior Accountant. AP Coordinator Responsibilities:
Organizing Invoices to begin the Accounts Payable Process which entails: Scanning invoices to Docuware, allocating invoices to the correct division within Docuware.
Entering all Vendor/Subcontractor Invoices into Quickbooks via Docuware. This involves properly allocating and coding to jobs, divisions, and accounts.
Reconciling Vendor Statements, Calling/Emailing Vendors for Invoice Copies when missing.
Answering Vendor/Subcontractor Questions and concerns, making sure all conflicts are resolved.
Helping Team Members in the field with Invoice Questions and error corrections.
Assist with Paying Vendors Bi-weekly or Subcontractors weekly: Accumulate invoices which are due to pay, confirming payable report with the invoice copy, identifying invoices to be paid in Quickbooks.
Maintaining Vendor/Subcontractor List on OneDrive.
