Graham Personnel Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a furniture company in High Point. Temp to hire opportunity1st shift hours$20-23/hr Duties include:
Process 100+ invoices on a weekly basis
Ensure timely and accurate payments
Reconcile vendor statements
Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues related to invoices or payments
Manage the accounts payable email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly
Prepare and process electronic payments
Assist with month end closing activities related to accounts payable
Requirements/Skills
Associate’s degree in accounting or related field
Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in accounts payable
3-way matching experience
Familiar with AS400/I series system and software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
