Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain machines and material handling equipment in a manufacturing environment - Move, load, and unload material and products by hand or with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) - Set up machines for production runs, including tooling changes and programming adjustments - Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency - Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition - Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Skills: - Proficient in materials handling and fabrication techniques - Knowledge of tooling and programming for machine operations - Experience with milling machines and precision measuring instruments - Familiarity with hand tools used in machining processes - Ability to operate stamping presses and other related equipment - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Good problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during production runs - Forklift certification or experience is a plus
Pay: $18.00 per hour
