Job Title: Zone Lead Injection Molding 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $17.90/hour
Location: Greensboro, NC
Shift Hours: 2nd Shift ( 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Bilingual Production Lead with experience in plastic injection molding. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to lead a team, keep production moving, and use business systems to track everything.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the production line and support your team
- Work closely with supervisors and other departments
- Make sure everything runs smoothly and on time
- Use business systems to track production and materials
- Train team members and make sure safety and quality are followed
- Jump in and help when needed – hands-on work is part of the job
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with plastic injection molding
- Past experience as a team lead or similar role
- Able to use computers/business systems
- Good communicator and problem solver
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
