Pay Rate: $18.80 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of warehouse operations, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Reach Truck Operation:
- Material Handling: Safely and efficiently operate reach truck to move materials, products, and inventory within the warehouse.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas with accuracy and care.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the organization of inventory, ensuring products are stored in designated locations and properly labeled.
Safety and Compliance:
- Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues to the maintenance department.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of forklift operations, including inspection reports and inventory movement logs.
Warehouse Support:
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.
- Assist with Other Duties: Participate in general warehouse tasks, such as inventory counts and assisting in the packaging and shipping areas as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a reach truck
- Must provide a resume
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a reach truck driver
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.
- Strong attention to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse technologies and processes
