Hours: First shift-7am-3:00pmPay: $17hrJob Description: JOB TITLE:FINISHING MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE(Frames, Inspection, Dye House)PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:Operate machinery in prescribed manner; monitor machine and finished fabric; performs paperwork and housekeeping duties. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSACTIVITYFREQUENCY/AMOUNT/DESCRIPTIONSTANDINGConstantlySITTINGInfrequentlyMOVING/WALKINGFrequentlyCLIMBINGClimbs ladders occasionallyLIFTING20 to 50 lbs. occasionally and/or 10 to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 10 lbs. constantly.PUSHING/PULLINGExerts 20 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 lbs. of force frequently and up to 10 lbs. of force constantly.VISUAL ACUITY20/40 corrected vision and normal color vision OTHERMoves around catwalks and mezzanine.ENVIRONMENTAL/SAFETY RISK REQUIREMENTS:Must pass all physical and vision tests performed by Cone Occupational Health. Must wear all necessary safety protection equipment when working with chemicals. Eye protection/safety glasses and hearing protection are required at all times.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES: Must read, write, and perform basic math (including process work orders, specifications, processes, etc.). Must know basic operation of computer after training period. High School Diploma or equivalent.TESTING:PCP score = 3OTHER:Industrial truck operation/certification may be required.
