Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain machines in a manufacturing environment - Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency - Perform routine maintenance on machines and other equipment to keep them in optimal condition - Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area - Operate forklifts to move materials and products as needed - Assist in the shipping department with packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment - Ensure accurate inventory management and record-keeping in the shipping department
Skills: - Proficient in materials handling techniques - Familiarity with hand tools used in machining processes - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Good problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during production runs - Forklift certification or experience - Strong organizational skills for managing shipping processes - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Pay: $18.00 per hour Benefits:
