Graham Personnel Services is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk for a manufacturing company in Asheboro, NC. Job duties include:
Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and other duties as needed.
Responsible for verifying customer invoices for accuracy, printing, and sending to customers.
Perform credit duties from new customer processing through payment application and collections.
Building positive relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
Receiving, processing, verifying, and entering vendor invoices into the accounting program.
Processing vendor payments, printing checks, and mailing.
Sales & Use Tax documentation and reporting.
Processing 1099 vendors.
Fuel Tax documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of accounts payable/receivable experience preferably in manufacturing.
Detail oriented.
Excellent communication skills
Adaptable and quick learner
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
