Job Description:We are currently seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as a Tote Washer and Forklift Operator. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for efficiently cleaning and sanitizing various types of totes while also operating a forklift to assist with material handling and logistical tasks.Responsibilities:
Tote Washing:
Clean and sanitize totes and containers used in manufacturing, logistics, or related industries.
Inspect totes for damage or wear and report any issues to the supervisor.
Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning agents in accordance with safety and hygiene guidelines.
Follow established protocols for handling and disposing of cleaning materials.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely cleaning and availability of totes for operational needs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Forklift Operation:
Safely operate a forklift to transport totes, materials, and products within the facility.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling and placement of items.
Conduct routine inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance issues.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating the forklift.
Collaborate with team members to optimize logistical processes and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in industrial cleaning, sanitation, and forklift operation.
Understanding of safety and hygiene protocols related to equipment cleaning and forklift operation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Physical ability to lift and move totes as needed.
Valid forklift operator certification.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED desired.
Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, walk, and stand, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted throughout the day.

Salary: From $15.00 per hourSchedule: Monday-Friday with some weekends; 8-12 hour shifts.
