2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
Regularly inspect and maintain building systems, including manufacturing machinery, plumbing, roofs, drains, and grounds.
Handle minor repairs like painting, plumbing, electrical work, and PLCs.
Assist with installing and modifying building systems.
Keep service records for equipment and machinery up to date.
Report major repairs or equipment needs to the manager.
Respond promptly to maintenance or repair issues.
Suggest ways to improve maintenance processes or save costs.
Inspect buildings and equipment for safety and compliance with regulations.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Follow all company policies and safety guidelines.
Complete other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (Associate degree preferred).
3 to 5 years of related experience.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, PLCs, carpentry, and industrial maintenance.
Able to work at heights and in all weather conditions.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects independently or in a team.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Access, Excel, Word).
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Capable of performing physical labor and meeting all safety requirements.
Mechanical Skills Required:
Experience with machining (Mill, Lathe, Drill Press).
Troubleshooting motors, electrical/PLC systems, bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
