We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, with a strong understanding of gears, belts, shafts, bearings, conveyors, and motors.Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, focusing on gears, belts, shafts, bearings, conveyors, and motors.
Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools and machinery.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
Follow all safety regulations and protocols.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of gears, belts, shafts, bearings, conveyors, and motors.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
