2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, with a strong understanding of gears, belts, shafts, bearings, conveyors, and motors. Schedule: 2nd shift - 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, focusing on gears, belts, shafts, bearings, conveyors, and motors. • Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety. • Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools and machinery. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime. • Follow all safety regulations and protocols. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role. • Strong knowledge of gears, belts, shafts, bearings, conveyors, and motors. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication skills. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Pay: 25+/hour
