Machine Operator with Fork Lift experienceBurlington, NCPay rate $17-$18 As a Machine Operator through Graham Personnel Services, you will play a pivotal role in the production process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of product quality and production efficiency, fork lift experience is needed.Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
Quality Control: Monitor the production process, inspect products, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment in optimal working condition.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine issues, such as jams or malfunctions, to minimize downtime.
Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a related manufacturing role is preferred.
Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow them rigorously.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Lifting and moving materials, sometimes in excess of 50 pounds.
