General Summary of Duties: As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to clinic patients under the supervision of a physician and clinical manager, ensuring a high standard of care in a welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Collect and document patient symptoms and vital signs accurately.
Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
Educate patients on health practices and follow-up care.

Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to infection control guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.

Ensure compliance with documentation requirements for quality care and safety.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure: Unrestricted North Carolina State LPN license.
Certifications: Current CPR and AED certification.
